I've got severe back conditions, including an often unheard of inflammatory disease called Arachnoiditis, which affects the spinal cord and nerves adversely, progressively, and chronically . But for now I am still fairly mobile but limited in my ability to work or go to school, so I am very much isolated at home. Before I became so disabled I put myself through college, traveled to China, Tibet, and Guatemala! I worked as a sushi chef and supervisor at an environmental firm. I went to shows and festivals, movies, plays. . . . rode my bike everywhere in my hometown of Sacramento and worked as an herbalist and massage therapist for 10 years. Now I struggle to keep a roof over my son and I by doing a child care trade for housing. I am normally very snarky with a sarcastic sense of humor, nurturing caretaker, love to read books and play records, sew, crochet, and get outdoors for hikes when my body allows. I am very empathetic, loving, and into building a lasting partnership with someone who can reciprocate.
